Each of the 400+ APS Chapters has a chapter representative who serves as an Ambassador to bridge the gap between the club and the APS.
The Ambassador should:
- Be visible and vocal about society services and benefits and represent the chapter at APS events.
- Present regular society updates at each club meeting.
- Be a messenger of ideas and feedback to APS staff and leadership.
- Facilitate annual chapter reporting.
- Help identify opportunities to grow the hobby and the society.
Goal
Our goal is to provide Chapters with the tools needed to be successful and offer a forum to exchange ideas to grow both local clubs and the APS.
Resources
Use the resource links provided for helpful tips, ideas and activities. And please consider sharing ideas and successes experienced by your club - we will consider posting to a web story, in The AP and on the Ambassador FaceBook page.
