February 21 Cachetmakers’ Bourse
at AmeriStamp Expo/Texpex 2009

Tables are now available for a Saturday Cachetmakers’ Bourse, part of the American Philatelic Society’s AmeriStamp Expo/Texpex 2009 celebration February 20-22, at the Arlington Convention Center in Arlington, Texas. The Cachetmakers’ Bourse will be held from 12 noon to 5 p.m., on Saturday, February 21. The event will be held near the USPS merchandise and cancellation area on the show floor.

The opportunity for cachetmakers to present their cachets before hundreds of collectors does not come along every day. And the cost of $50, plus two serviced covers to be used as show door prizes, is less than what cachetmakers would pay for many advertisements. However, cachetmakers must register online by January 16 to guarantee inclusion in the StampShow program.

Each booth will consist of one six foot table with two chairs. No electricity, backup tables, or cabinets will be provided. Up to 16 tables will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Table locations will be assigned at the discretion of the American Philatelic Society.

To obtain a table —which may only be utilized to sell the tableholder’s own brand of cachets — please complete and submit the registration form.

Requests will be accepted as long as space to accommodate them remains, but must be received by January 12 to guarantee inclusion in the show program. APS membership is required to obtain a table. If you are not currently a member of the American Philatelic Society, a booth request will be accepted along with a completed membership application, which is available online.
