Dealers

Below is information for individuals and firms interested in obtaining a booth.

Booth reservations (form is available in .pdf format) are now being accepted The floor plan (available in .pdf format) has been laid out to accommodate approximately 100+ dealers and 400 frames. This years exhibit includes 100 frames with Mexican related exhibits.

In addition to standard booths, a limited number of reduced rate dime stamp and dollar cover booths will be available. Booth costs, as shown on the floor plan, are significently less than our the summer show prices. Show dealers will be eligible for reduced rate advertising in the January and/or February issues of the American Philatelist as well as a discount on advertising in the show program.

Booth selection order for dealers from whom the $100 deposit and reservation form are received by October 15, 2008 will be based on priority points accumulated from our previous winter shows with summer show participation and APS number as tiebreakers. Booth requests received after October 20 will be added at the end of the priority list in order of receipt. Booth selection will be in late October with contracts being mailed out in early December and the balance of booth fees due by January 12.

Tax Forms: We highly recommend the tax form be submitted online immediately upon requesting a booth. For your convenience it can be done online at the Texas Sales & Use Forms page. Then go to "Sales and Use Tax" then to "Apply for a Sales Tax Permit Online! - New!"
