Reservations are now
being accepted for Affiliate/Society
participation at StampShow.
A number
of Societies have established regular events at STAMPSHOW. For
example the APS Writers Unit always has a breakfast, the Plate
Number Coil Collectors Club has its annual meeting, and the American
Philatelic Congress has an author signing and wine and cheese
reception for its members.
The APS has nearly 200 affiliated organizations specializing
in many areas of interest. Each offers varying services to its members
and nearly all publish specialized journals. All APS affiliates
are offered free space at STAMPSHOW for the purpose of holding meetings
or seminars (open to the public and FREE). A limited amount of space
is also available to Societies who can staff a table for recruiting
purposes for the duration of the show.
