Auditor's Report

The Barbara R. Mueller award is for the best article from The American Philatelist.

APS members are encouraged to vote for the best article published in The American Philatelist during the current year. The winner will receive the United States Stamp Society – Barbara R. Mueller Award which includes a cash payment of $1,000 and recognition on a permanent plaque in the editorial offices of The American Philatelist. Voting takes place Jan 1–March 1 of each year.

The Mueller Award Committee will select the winner from the top five as voted on by members and the top five as selected by the staff of The American Philatelist. The 2009 winner will be announced in the August 2010 issue of The American Philatelist and at StampShow in Richmond, Virginia.
